Meet Helen and Simon who feature in our From That Moment fundraising campaign film. Their daughter Ruby has Rett Syndrome, a rare genetic neurological and developmental disorder. Ruby has complex needs, uses a wheelchair and needs an Eyegaze device to communicate, as she is non-verbal. Noah’s Ark started supporting the family in 2023.
