Ray and Arthur's Story

Meet Roscoe, Gina and their twin boys, Ray and Arthur, who we've had the priviledge of supporting for over 12 years.

Ray has cerebral palsy and complex medical needs. He needs 24/7 care, uses a feeding tube, a wheelchair, and communicates in his own unique way - without words, but never without expression. He’s full of character and lights up every room he's in.
