Schools
Fundraising at school is a fun and exciting way to help children who are seriously unwell make the most of every day. We can provide you with ideas and materials to help your fundraising, and we can even arrange to come in to do an assembly at your school or to speak to your groups at college and university.
Put the Fun into Fundraising with these great ideas to suit your school for the Summer Term:
- Host your own Teddy Bears Picnic to celebrate International Picnic Day whilst raising vital funds for Noah’s Ark.
- Organise a sponsored Easter Egg hunt around your school grounds.
- Run, walk and jump through clouds of colour in your very own Colour Run – we can provide environmentally friendly colour packs to get you started.
- Hold a Spring Clean ‘Bring and Buy’ fair after school.
Our Community Engagement Team will support you every step of the way to help make your fundraising a success; from providing fundraising resources such as posters and sponsorship forms, collection tins and buckets, to celebrating your success with thank you certificates and cheque presentations to celebrate the difference you have made.Even a small fundraiser can make a huge difference, so please consider how your school may be able to get involved. We have plenty of ideas and resources to get you started!
Faith Groups
Your faith group can support our vital work by fundraising throughout the year. From holding a coffee morning to putting on a carol concert, everything you raise helps the babies, children and young people make the most of every day.Some ways you can make a difference:
- Donate one of your Church collections to Noah’s Ark, or hold a Christmas concert or Harvest fundraiser at your Church.
- Donate your Zakat or take part in a Sadaqah Day project.
- Team up with Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice as a charity partnership.
- Nominate Noah’s Ark as the beneficiary charity for High Holy Day Appeal or take part in a Mitzvah Day project for Purim.
