This autumn, From That Moment returns for its fifth year, as Noah’s Ark celebrates 20 years of care, compassion and community.
For two decades, we’ve supported children who are seriously unwell and their families, helping them make the most of every day. Now, we’re aiming to raise over £1 million to continue that support.
It’s the moment every parent dreads, when everything changes. From that moment, Noah’s Ark is there, with care and support for the whole family.
We can’t change a diagnosis, but we can change what happens next.
From 1 September to 12 October 2026, every £ raised will be doubled, helping your support go even further.
More children need us, and we need you.
For 20 years, we’ve supported families across North Central London, with care that is always free of charge.
But the need is growing. More children are being diagnosed, and we need your help to reach more families.
Your donation will provide care, therapy and support, from diagnosis and every step after.

From 1 September 2026, every £ raised will be matched, thanks to a group of generous backers.

Then at 10am on 11 October, we’ll reveal how close we are to our target – and invite our Champions to lead one final 36-hour push to reach the £1 million goal.
