We encourage our team to strive for excellence to deliver the very best support to children and families.
For many of the families we support, ‘normal’ life grinded to a halt when their child became unwell. We can help make life possible again for children and families.
Our mission is to enable those we support to enjoy life as children, not patients; as families, not just as carers. Because everyone deserves to live life as themselves, beyond their condition or circumstances.
Regardless of whether you are working in care, marketing, finance or HR – we are one team at Noah’s Ark, all united by the same mission.
The Ark, our state-of-the-art hospice building, is set on a stunning 7.5-acre nature reserve. Our subsidised on-site café, The Rainbow, serves a menu which changes daily. You will have access to free parking.
If you are in the care team, you’ll be meeting families where they are, so will also spend time out in the community.
The wellbeing of our team is our top priority. You’ll receive regular supervision, as well as access to our Employee Assistance Program. Our managers are trained to support you through life’s ups and downs.
Our dedicated Wellbeing Team organise free activities throughout the year, including massages, team breakfasts and even visits from puppies!
We ensure that no member of staff, or job applicant, is treated less favourably because of their sex, age, sexual orientation, pregnancy, race, colour, nationality, ethic or national origin, religion, disability, gender identity or martial status.
We are a Disability Confident Employer and will guarantee an interview to those candidates with a disability if they meet the minimum requirements of the role.
We particularly welcome and encourage applications from groups who are currently under-represented in our staff.
