Careers at Noah's Ark

It’s the people who make Noah’s Ark possible.

Our people are our biggest asset. At Noah’s Ark we care deeply about our team, looking after their wellbeing and supporting them in their personal development.

We encourage our team to strive for excellence to deliver the very best support to children and families.

Careers intro

Why Noah's Ark

At Noah’s Ark we believe every child with complex care needs, and their families, should get to live as much life as possible, irrespective of their condition.

For many of the families we support, ‘normal’ life grinded to a halt when their child became unwell. We can help make life possible again for children and families.

Our mission is to enable those we support to enjoy life as children, not patients; as families, not just as carers. Because everyone deserves to live life as themselves, beyond their condition or circumstances.

Careers why

You can be a part of the award-winning team making this difference.
