Become a Family Ambassador

By sharing your story, help us increase the understanding of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice. Experience tells us sharing stories is powerful; other families connect with your story and are encouraged to access our services or support our charity by volunteering or donating.

As a Family Ambassador you can help us by sharing your family story in our written communications, by capturing your story on film or speaking at one of our fundraising events. Harnessing a sense of community will help us to build a case for long-term sustainable support for our charity.

How you can be involved as a Family Ambassador

Opportunities will vary depending on the nature of the request for an ambassador, and what you are comfortable doing, but could include:

Attend and speak formally or informally at Noah’s Ark events such as:

  • The Noah’s Ark Golf Day – our annual, summer fundraising event attended by approximately one hundred of the charity’s major and corporate donors.
  • Bubbly & Brunch – small gatherings at The Ark for existing and potential supporters.

We regularly ask children and families to meet our celebrity supporters and important visitors to The Ark.

Speaking to the media, including TV, radio, or print, about your experiences with Noah’s Ark. 

This can be done via an informal interview and then written up or recorded as part a video campaign.
