Following six and a half years of dedicated leadership, Sophie Andrews OBE has stepped down from her role as CEO of Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice.
Since joining Noah’s Ark in 2020, Sophie has played a key role in guiding us through a period of significant growth and change. Her leadership, vision, and commitment have made a lasting impact on our organisation, our staff, and our children and families.
We are grateful for her commitment, dedication, and the many meaningful contributions she has made during her time at Noah’s Ark. Her hard work, kindness, and positive impact have been greatly valued, and she will be deeply missed. We sincerely thank her for her service and wish her every success as she embarks on the next chapter of her career.
