This week is Children’s Hospice Week – the only week dedicated to raising awareness of children’s hospices in the UK.
So we are taking the opportunity to celebrate the incredible families we support here at Noah's Ark, the amazing team that make it all possible and all the other incredible children’s hospices across the UK.
One of the over 300 families we support is Jannick’s, who has been supported by us since 2022.
Asebea, Jannick's mum, said it beautifully: "Noah's Ark is a place where I found a home, family, and people who will fight for me."
We go beyond caring only for the child who is seriously unwell - we offer holistic support for the entire family. It's about that lifeline of support, a listening ear, and the reassurance that no family walks this path alone. “Just to be told we are here for you,' Asebea says, 'that kind of assurance is vital.”
