WHAT IS ESTATE PLANNING?
Estate planning is a process of preparing for the management and distribution of an individual’s assets and financial affairs in the event of incapacitation or death. It incorporates various aspects of financial and legal planning to ensure that a person’s wishes are carried out efficiently and with minimal complications for their loved ones.
WHY IS IT IMPORTANT FOR EVERYONE, REGARDLESS OF WEALTH?
Estate planning is not just about wealth; it’s about ensuring that a person’s wishes are respected, their loved ones are cared for, and their affairs are in order, regardless of their financial status after they die. Most importantly, estate planning provides peace of mind, knowing that steps have been taken to protect loved ones and their legacy.
