Corporate Partnerships are a great way for us to raise awareness, strengthen our networks, share expertise, and raise vital funds. We build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with our Corporate Partners to help them support our charity in a bespoke way.

Working together for fundraising success

This summer, FinTech firm Payen Ltd joined our community of corporate partners. Anna McGrath, our Corporate Partnerships Manager explains:

“Following an introductory call with the Payen team, we were delighted to welcome their staff to The Ark, so they could see the impact their fundraising initiative, ‘Walking 9-5’, would have on the children and families we support.”

To support their fundraising challenge, we organised co-branded T-shirts and supplied content for their internal communications. Payen’s walking challenge ran for five days and involved their 45 staff across the globe. Funds were raised thanks to generous financial support from their business network and a Just Giving page created for family and friends’ donations.

Richard Smith, co-founder and CEO of Payen Ltd said:

“We are extremely pleased that we were able to raise in excess of £35k for your amazing cause. What was wonderful to see – whilst we undertook the challenge of walking as many steps as possible during the working week – was the social benefit for the company. In a world of remote working and
international staff, we bonded together through a common good. It reminded employees that companies can have a good heart as well as
being commercially successful.

For any company undertaking initiatives to raise funds for Noah’s Ark, I would recommend making the activity as social as possible and taking lots of photos to preserve the memories.”

A big THANK YOU to the Payen team for all your support – every step will go towards helping families make the most of every day.
