Get up, get out and get active for Noah's Ark Children's Hospice!
Noah’s Ark is facing a fight for its future, with over £2million in potential lost income this year due to coronavirus. Help us to continue our care for seriously unwell babies, children and their families by taking on a challenge of your own - the Noah's Ark Virtual Cycling Challenge.
Hop on your bike and pedal your chosen distance in the great outdoors or on an indoor bike. In order to create your own indoor cycling setup at home you’ll either need a turbo trainer (which turns your regular bike into an indoor trainer) or a dedicated indoor training bike. But if this isn't an option simply head out on your bike and enjoy the countryside.
Challenge yourself with a distance target of 300 or 900 miles or why not complete one of these global cycling challenges below - virtually of course...
Atlas Mountain Bike Challenge - 125 miles (200km)
Cuba Revolution Cycle - 215 miles (350km)
London to Paris Bike Ride - 270 miles (435km)
Cycle the World - 18,020 miles (29,000km)
Our fantastic supporter Geoff did just this, taking on the London to Paris Bike Ride from the comfort of his own garage. If you need some inspiration take a look at our article all about Geoff's Virtual Cycling Challenge for Noah's Ark.
